Unable to Remove Guild Member

Problemas comunes

  • I can't remove an inactive character from my guild
  • I have a guild member in my guild who has no rank and can't be removed

If only you and no other members of the guild are having trouble removing a guild member and you have the proper permissions to do so, troubleshoot using these steps:

  • Sometimes AddOns or corrupted files can interfere with the guild interface.
  1. Type /reload in your chat box and try again
  2. Disable your AddOns and try again
  3. Reset your UI using these steps
  • Make sure the other member is a lower rank than you are
If other members of the guild with permissions are seeing the issue as well, this may be a display bug. Try the following steps, and have other members of your guild do so as well:
  • Make sure you are using the "Remove" button from the guild interface
  • Check back again after weekly maintenance has cleared your guild cache
If none of the above solve the issue, contact us with information about the name(s) of the character(s) so that we can investigate for you.
