Can't Turn in Quest - Rescue the Farseer

We have received reports from others who were unable to turn in the quest Rescue The Farseer. Try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve this:
- Removing the body guard buff by right clicking it, then try turning in the quest
- Leave the zone and come back
- Toggle off or on War Mode
