A One-Way Ticket to the Heart Pushed After Shadowlands Pre-patch

- The quest popped up when I was in The Great Seal, thought it is Shadowlands-related quest.
- Got the quest but was stuck in scenario, can't complete it
We are currently investigating an issue with A One-Way Ticket to the Heart being pushed to players who did not need it. For now, it should not be necessary to complete this quest to unlock the Heart of Azeroth or essences.
