Problèmes courants
- Bought the War Chest but the Skins tab shows the exclusive skins locked
- Unlocked additional skins but the Equip button is greyed out
- Missing some banners that come with the War Chest
Instant rewards
Instant War Chest rewards are available in-game right after purchase. If you cannot see the skins in-game, log out and log in again. Make sure you log in with the correct account and ensure the payment for your purchase was successful.
Additional rewards
War Chest rewards can only be unlocked during the War Chest Season. To help finish unlocking all rewards, 4 weeks of bonus XP is enabled the same day that War Chests are removed from the Shop.
If you don’t complete your War Chest before the end of the season, you will be able to purchase any missing skins at a later date.
Applying skins
Skins unlocked through War Chests are only available in Ranked, Unranked, Versus AI, and Custom games. Single-player Campaigns and Co-Op matches have skins specific to those modes which cannot be replaced with other optional skins.
