The Shop Error message occurs when there is a technical issue that is preventing the Overwatch shop from reaching our payment servers. If you're getting a Shop Error in the Overwatch in game shop, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Payment method troubleshooting:
- Remove all of your payments from your Payment Methods page
- Reset your password
- Add the payment method you want to use to the Payment Methods page
- Update or disable any security programs you have running
