Pink Mercy Charity Skin Not Appearing on Console After Purchase

We do not have access to payment details for purchases made through console networks, but these basic steps may resolve this issue:
- Reboot your console
- Log out of your Xbox Live or PlayStation Network account and back in
- Restart Overwatch
