Note: If you receive the error message "You were disconnected from Battle.net. Please Reconnect." Close the game and launch it again. You will receive a prompt to apply compatibility settings.
If you registered an email address with your Diablo 2 Battle.net account during account setup, you can change your password or email at any time. Follow the steps below to access your account details and change the email or password.
- Launch Diablo II
- Click Battle.net
- Click Account Settings
- Choose the appropriate option to receive e-mail instructions.
If you don't receive an e-mail with instructions to follow, it means you either entered the incorrect e-mail or you did not register an e-mail during account set up.
