Unable to turn in Rustbolt Resistance Paragon Quest

- Prince Erazmin isn't in the location needed to turn in the quest
Prince Erazmin won't be available to turn in the quest Supplies from the Rustbolt Resistance if your character is in the process of unlocking the Mechagnome Allied Race.
If you've started the unlock questchain, you'll need to finish that first - afterwards, Prince Erazmin will return to his normal spot and allow you to hand in the quest.
