Didn't Receive Loot Box from Overwatch Purchase on Console

- Purchased loot boxes on my PS4 but never got them in game
- I bought Overwatch lootboxes on my Xbox One and they never showed up
- Purchased the Summer Games bundle on my Nintendo Switch but didn't receive the 10 bonus loot boxes
Blizzard does not have access to payment details for purchases made through console networks, but there are some basic steps which may fix this issue.
Sometimes temporary store issues may prevent the delivery of Overwatch loot box purchases in a timely manner. If they did not show up immediately, try the following steps:
- Reboot your console
- Log out of your Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, Nintendo Switch account and back in
- Restart Overwatch
PlayStation, XBox Live, and Nintendo Switch status pages may also have notifications in the case of known issues:
