Problemi comuni

- I can't join the public chat, I am sent to The Void
- I get an error that my chat privileges have been suspended
You won't be able to use public chats in Diablo II (2000) if you were silenced. You will still be able to play.
If you have returned to Diablo II (2000) after a long absence and you find yourself sent to The Void chat, your CD-key may have been compromised and used for spam. If this is the case, the CD-key may have been permanently banned from using the chat.
Customer Support cannot lift chat bans. If you'd like to use the chat, you would need to buy a new copy of the game and reinstall using your new CD-key.
