Killed Blood Queen Lana'thel without becoming a vampire in ICC but did not get the achievement "Once Bitten, Twice Shy"The Ice Crown Citadel achievement Once Bitten, Twice Shy [10-man | 25-man] requires two separate kills of Blood-Queen Lana'thel on the same character. During her fight, she will cast Vampiric Bite on the non-tank with the highest threat at the time. After 60 seconds, this will grant the debuff Essence of the Blood Queen and turn the bitten player into a vampire. If you got bitten you are considered a vampire.
- Kill #1: Defeat Blood-Queen Lana'thel without becoming a vampire.
- Kill #2: Defeat Blood-Queen Lana'thel after becoming a vampire.
If you die before Blood-Queen Lana'thel is killed, you will lose the debuff, and thus not meet the achievement criteria for killing her as a vampire.
