If you are having trouble with phasing on any of the chests for the Trove Tracker achievement, make sure you have completed the appropriate quest for your faction:

Finishing this quest will fix your character's phasing and you should be able to see all chests. For other issues completing these chests, visit the Wowhead achievement page comments section for community hints.
