Giropay or iDeal Not Redirecting to Banks Login Page
- Wasn´t forwarded to bank login and now there is an open order in order history.
You will need to finalize the payment for most services after they have started processing, as only subscription orders redirect to your bank's site right away. An email will be sent to you when these orders are ready to be finalized or you can check your Order History for the Finalize button. If you are not redirected to your bank's website to confirm payment the order will automatically fail. You will need to wait at least 3 hours before you retry the order. Character services that have failed may need to be cancelled from the order history page before they can be retried.
If you are not being redirected follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Verify your bank supports iDeal or Giropay.
- Browser cookies and cache can prevent a redirect to your bank. Delete your cookies and cache or try the transaction again in a different browser.
Note: Do not allow the new browser to import data from other browsers, or you will import the cookies and cache settings causing the problem.
- Pop up blockers will prevent the redirect - either disable them or allow pop-ups for the site.
Update or temporarily uninstall any security programs, which may mistakenly identify the login module as a security threat.
