Missing BlizzCon 2019 In-Game Items from the Virtual Ticket
- Recently purchased the BlizzCon Virtual ticket and have not received my digital goods
- Claimed my Virtual Ticket code from AXS but don't have all my rewards
When you purchase a Virtual Ticket, the digital items are automatically added to your Blizzard account. Some digital items may not be announced or available at time of purchase. Please see our Virtual Ticket blog for more information on when specific digital items will be released.
You can also gift the Virtual Ticket to a BattleTag or RealID friend, who will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem the code.
If you purchased a BlizzCon Pass through AXS.com, your digital item code will be sent to you from AXS. You must manually claim this code on a Blizzard account in order to receive the digital items. If you did not receive this email, please check your email junk folders and filters, and then contact AXS support.
Note: Resold BlizzCon Passes purchased on or after October 1 through the AXS' Exchange do not grant a Virtual Ticket code.
