What happened to the mounts after the character transfer?

Collection items such as mounts, pets, toys, heirlooms and appearances, as well as achievements, are generally tied to the Battle.net account they were earned on, not WoW account or character. Transferring a character is unlikely to bring any collection items or achievements over to the new Battle.net account. Customer Support will not assist in transferring collection items or achievements that may have been lost this way.
