I abandoned my N'Zoth assault quest because I couldn't turn it in.I changed the faction on my character and now I'm stuck with Surfacing Threats.
If you abandon a meta quest for a N'Zoth invasion without completing it, it will be automatically pushed to you again so that you can try a second time.
If the ongoing invasion has already been defeated by the time this quest was removed, you'll need to wait for the next invasion in the area.
