- I added Balance for the exact price, but the final price now include taxes
Prices in the Battle.net Shop do not include local taxes. If you are a resident of a country that applies taxes to online services, make sure you add enough Balance to cover your local taxes.
If you are short on Balance to cover the full cost of a purchase, Blizzard Customer Support cannot provide discounts or add the missing balance. It is not possible to partially pay for an order with Balance and the rest with another payment method. You can add more balance or pay for your product with a different payment method.
