If Ysera is missing for the opening questline for Mount Hyjal, starting with As Hyjal Burns, your quests are phased due to Legion or Battle for Azeroth content. To fix the phasing, try the following troubleshooting steps:

• If your character has picked up the quest In Darkness, I Dream, complete the quest to fix the phasing in the area
• If the quest A Fresh Trauma is available from Magni in The Chamber of Heart, the questline must be completed through Do It The Azerite Way to correct phasing in Mt. Hyjal
