Black Temple Door To Mother Shahraz Not Opening

To enter the Den of Mortal Delights and access the last three Black Temple bosses, you must first defeat the Shade of Akama, Teron Gorefiend, Gurtogg Bloodboil and the Reliquary of the Lost. The door to the Illidari Council will automatically unlock upon defeating Mother Shahraz.
If you have cleared the required bosses and the doors remain closed, you would be able to resolve the issue with the following steps:
- Have everyone in the group exit the instance.
- Have the group leader right-click their portrait and select "Reset All Instances".
- If the issue is still present then the group will need to "soft reset" the instance. This is done by having everyone exit the instance and remain outside for at least 30 minutes.
