- I didn't receive a classic pack for hitting the next rank
- I'm missing the card back from the previous season
- Can you earn the ranked rewards every season or only once?
The seasonal card back is granted immediately after you win 5 matches in Ranked Mode each season.
You will earn a one-time instant reward the first time you reach a rank. This reward doesn't repeat in subsequent seasons. For example, if you reach Legend this season and you receive a random Classic Legendary, you will not receive another legendary if you reach Legend again next season.
Your end of season chest accumulates all the rewards up to your highest rank in one format. For example, if you reach Silver 5, your chest will contain 2 random standard Rare cards, 1 latest expansion pack, and 1 standard Rare card. You do not receive rewards for each individual format (Classic, Wild, Standard etc)
