For high level characters completing the quest Delegation, it may be easier to be in a group with at least one other player. You can visit this comment on the Wowhead quest page for the quest for specific information per boss on how to complete. If you're not getting Shannox to throw out traps, either make sure you have either a pet of some kind or take a friend with you.
