Payment Failure With MBnet/MBway Virtual Credit Cards

- Why are my payments always failing?
MBway/MBnet currently will not work to set up a subscription, this is due to the fact that these virtual cards have a short expiration date and therefore cannot sustain a recurring payment like a subscription. As such, you can instead buy non-recurring game time directly from our Online Shop.
Make sure you have an extra €1.00 on your virtual card, and that you set it to allow more than one transaction to ensure that the pre-authorization check is also processed correctly. You can find more information on these minor charges here.
