- Completed the achievements for Mechagnome on Horde and got the quest on Alliance, but for Urgent Care, Kelsey is missing.
Our developers have fixed the issue that was causing this problem. Please try again.
Note that if you completed the criteria to unlock Mechagnomes on a Horde character, the Alliance character you are completing the unlock quest line with must first unlock Mechagon fully. This is done by completing the quest Welcome to the Resistance.
