Common Problems
- I didn't hand in the Emissary of War in time
- Timewalking event ended early
- Abandoned the weekly event quest in error
The calendar indicates when exactly an event expires. Calendar descriptions are in Server Time. The weekly quest will automatically be removed from your quest log as soon as the weekly event ends.
Once the weekly event finished, Customer Support cannot provide quest rewards if you didn't hand in the quest in time. During the event, Customer Support cannot restore quest progress if you abandoned the quest accidentally.
