I killed So'leah on hard mode but did not get credit for A Hard Bargain
For the quest Tazavesh: A Hard Bargain, your character must use the special on-use action from Passably-Forged Credentials to gain the appearance of a broker to speak with Fe'tajid. If your character doesn't meet this quest criteria before proceeding with the dungeon, they will not receive credit for the quest. The quest also must be completed in hard mode, and in one unbroken run.
