Common Problems
- I can't upgrade my gladiator item with honor points. The Upgrade button is grayed out.
- I got to Duelist in the past but I can't upgrade my gear anymore.
To upgrade your Gladiator gear, you must win at least one rated PvP match at the appropriate rank this week.
For example, if you reached Challenger II (1600-1799) in the past, but this week, you have only won a match at Challenger I (1400-1599), you will not be able to apply a Challenger II upgrade (5/9) until you win at least one match above 1600 rating.
