Diablo IV Character Missing After Linking External Account to Battle.net

Common Problems

  • I had characters on PlayStation but when I linked my Battle.net account, they disappeared.
  • My D4 characters are missing on Xbox after I connected my Battle.net account.
  • I played during early access but my Diablo IV progress reset when I connected my console to my Battle.net account.

If your character is missing it may be for the following reason:

  • The character was deleted
  • Hardcore characters below level 10 are deleted from the overview when they die
  • You play on console and have connected your console account to a different Battle.net account
If you have connected your console account to a new Battle.net account, you will need to reconnect it to the original battle.net account on which you previously created the character. If you cannot remember the original Battle.net account, please contact customer support for further assistance.
