Common Problems
- I didn't receive the satchel from the quest '' Crafting to Order''
- I did the crafting quest from Roldira, I never seemed to have gotten the Artisan's Acuity everyone else is saying they got.
- I'm missing 350 Artisan's Acuity
- I lost all my Artisan's Acuity
We have investigated reports about this issue and have not identified any bugs. If you completed Crafting to Order, make sure your Artisan's Acuity isn't stored in your bank, including the reagents bank. If you cannot find your Artisan's Acuity, you may have used or deleted it, and Customer Support will not be able to assist with recovering it.
