This Wowhead information may assist you. If you are still unable to complete Gorillion, try the following:

1. Check Your Inventory:
   Make sure that the item wasn't automatically moved to your inventory or a specific bag. Double-check all bags, including your backpack and bank storage

2. Try Logging Out and Back In:
   Some issues like this may be resolved by logging out of the game and logging back in to refresh your session. This can help reset quest states and item tracking

3. UI Reset:
   Sometimes interface bugs can affect quest tracking and inventory. Try resetting your UI.

4. Use another character
   Some items can only be obtained once per character and if accidentally deleted the acquisition steps would need to be completed on another character.

5. Report the Issue:
   If these steps do not resolve the problem, submit a bug report.
