Paid a Subscription But My Account is Still Inactive
- The Shop said I subscribed but no game-time was added to my account
- Received an email saying my subscription is frozen
- Unable to pay a subscription with credit card or PayPal
If your account appears inactive after you tried to set up a subscription your payment may have failed. This can be caused by insufficient funds or by entering incorrect payment details. Check our Credit Card and PayPal payment troubleshooting articles and try again.
If your payment method does not allow recurring payments, you can buy Game Time instead of a subscription.
