Received Password Reset Email But Didn't Request It
Common ProblemsReceiving emails about account password resets, but have not tried to login and did not request them.
If you have received a password reset email without requesting one, we recommend that you take steps to secure your account:
- Run a security scan to remove any viruses or malware infections
- Update the password on your Blizzard account
- Update the password on your email account
- Add an authenticator to your account
