Received Password Reset Email But Didn't Request It
Common ProblemsI received an email about account password resets, but have not tried to login and did not request any password reset
If you have received a password reset email without requesting one, we recommend that you take steps to secure your account:
- Run a security scan to remove any viruses or malware infections
- Update the password on your Blizzard account
- Update the password on your email account
- Add an authenticator to your account
