Common Problems
- I completed the quest, "Fight, Kill, Salute!", and did not receive the flag of the other faction.
- After changing faction, the other faction toy has disappeared
We previously had an issue where you could complete the quest Fight, Kill, Salute!, but not receive the flag for the opposite faction. This bug has since been fixed, but the fix was not retroactive. As such, if you have the quest completed, but didn't receive the flag for the opposite faction, contact us.
When you submit your ticket, please include the name of the character that completed the quest, and the name of the opposing faction character that should receive the toy.
