Bloodsail Traitor Doesn't Offer Traitor to the Bloodsail

I am talking to the Bloodsail Traitor but they aren't offering me any questsThe quest Traitor to the Bloodsail is only available to characters who have reputation below Neutral with Booty Bay. After neutral, head to Booty Bay for quest options, or kill Bloodsail Buccaneers to raise your character's reputation.
