Common Problems
- I am having an issue purchasing the 7th tab from the Guild Vendor.
- I am standing at a Guild Vendor and do not see the 7th or 8th guild tab to buy.
If you are not able to purchase the 7th or 8th Vault tab for your guild, make sure that your guild leader character is eligible to purchase.
To purchase the Guild Vault Voucher (7th Slot), a guild master must be at least at friendly reputation with the guild. If the voucher is unavailable, check your character's reputation tab; if your reputation is lower than Friendly, you must earn reputation to be eligible to purchase.
To purchase the Guild Vault Voucher (8th Slot), your guild must have the achievement Stay Classy.
If the guild you're trying to purchase additional tabs for is a stub guild, left over from a Guild Transfer, please contact us so that we can investigate.
