Common Problems
- Error "Can't do that while stunned".
- Warlock minion stuck as stunned.
- Character has a Guilty debuff preventing any action.
Your character receives a stunned debuff immediately after you leave an instance (dungeon, arena, battleground, scenario, etc). This buff is quickly cleared, making it imperceptible. However, the debuff may sometimes get stuck. When this happens, you will receive the error "Can't do that while stunned" when you try to move.
You should be able to remove the stun debuff by using the Stuck Character Self-Service. If the problem continues, contact us.
