Have Tabard of the Explorer But Not "the Explorer" Title

I have the Tabard of the Explorer achievement but don't have "the Explorer" available as a title.The Tabard of the Explorer is awarded for the achievement Northrend Explorer. The title "the Explorer" is awarded for completing Universal Explorer. It is possible to have the tabard without having the title, since Universal Explorer requires exploration of several zones in addition to Northrend.
