During the quest line for The Fate of Saurfang, Zekhan offers a choice: to side with Sylvanas, or with Saurfang.
If you chose Sylvanas but would like the Worn Cloak Toy, you may complete this quest with a different character. Choose Saurfang if you would like the Toy.
Customer Support cannot revert choices made in this quest line.
