The Battle.net desktop app is currently running on another user account on this computer. Only one instance of the Battle.net desktop app can run at a time. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Log in to the other user account, sign out, exit the Battle.net desktop app, and try again.
Delete the Battle.net Tools folder to automatically rebuild outdated or corrupt files.
Restart your computer to resolve problems caused by programs and services running in the background.
