I can't re-learn the leatherworking recipe for Onyxia Scale CloakModern WoW
If you’ve previously completed the quest The Journey Has Just Begun, but lost the recipe for the Onyxia Scale Cloak, you can relearn it by speaking with Major Mattingly in Stormwind or Overlord Natoj in Orgrimmar. You must have Classic Leatherworking at skill 300 to learn the recipe.
WoW Classic and Wrath Classic
The Onyxia Scale Cloak recipe can only be learned once. If you abandon Leatherworking after learning the recipe, you will not be able to learn it again.
