Unable to turn in Rustbolt Resistance Paragon Quest

- I am unable to complete my quest for the Rustbolt chest
- Prince Erazmin isn't in the location needed to turn in the quest
We have received multiple reports of this issue and can confirm it was not working as designed. Our developers have since implemented a hotfix so that NPC Prince Erazmin allows the quest to be completed.
