Common Problems
I completed the Alpaca It Up quest but was not provided with the Reins of the Springfur AlpacaThere are no known issues with the Alpaca daily quests, however on January 22 a hotfix made it so quest credit for both Alpaca It Up and Alpaca It In can be earned while in a raid group.
If you completed either quest while in a raid group before this date, you will need to complete the daily additional times to earn the mount.
Customer Support does not assist with obtaining the mount.
