I killed Omen, but did not get credit for the quest "Elune's Blessing".We have received multiple reports of this issue and are currently investigating it. We have seen reports that manually clicking off the buff standing in the light applies, then letting the buff reapply, can resolve this.
Be sure to check our Bug Report forums for any new issues. If you discover a new issue, you can report it there or in-game through the in-game bug report feature.
