Missed Overwatch Event

Skins that are tied to specific events can only be acquired while that event is active. Customer Support is unable to assist in cases where these items were unable to be purchased during the event.

If you miss cosmetic items from a particular Overwatch event, many of those items will be available in future events. For items which are exclusive to the specific year of the event you missed, we cannot guarantee they will be offered again. Customer Support cannot assist with missed events and has no knowledge of what might happen with a specific item.
