Can't Complete Kun-Lai Summit Quest - Challenge Accepted

- I can't complete the quest Challenge Accepted in Kun-Lai Summit
- Ur-Bataar isn't spawning for Challenge Accepted
The questline starting with Mogu at the Gates will phase your character so that Challenge Accepted is not available for completion. If you have not yet completed this quest chain, this will correct your phasing so that you can turn in the quest.
If you aren't seeing the Mogu at the Gates quest, talk to Zidormi to change your phasing so that it will be available.
