Common Problems
- I'm on the quest Tiragarde Sound and I cannot turn it in because Taelia isn't there
- Taelia is missing in Boralus.
- I can't turn in A New Dawn
Most phasing problems in Boralus, including issues with Taelia going missing, are caused by starting but not completing the questline to unlock the Kul Tiran allied race. If you have started or completed the quest Made in Kul Tiras but have not completed the entire questline, you must complete it to proceed.
Taelia's phasing can also be affected by the story line Pride of Kul Tiras, which can prevent you from being able to hand in A New Dawn. To resolve the issue, finish the questline.
