Newly Created Character Unable to Move on Boat to Exile's Reach

I went to Exile's Reach on a newly created character and got stuck on the boat. I get disconnected each time I try to move or adjust the camera now.We have received multiple reports of this issue and are currently investigating it. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided.
