Character Stuck During Quest - Through the Shattered Sky
Common Problems
- I tried doing the Shadowlands intro quest, but was told I need to buy the expansion first. Now my character is stuck in Black Screen mode.
Our developers have fixed the issue that was causing this problem. The quest will not be pushed to accounts without Shadowlands license anymore.
