Common Problems
The file structure we use for installing and updating games does not support installation on network drives. Follow the steps below to resolve the problem.
- Close the Battle.net desktop app.
- Move your game files from the network drive to a folder on your local drive.
- Open the Battle.net desktop app.
- Click the Battle.net icon on the top-left corner of the application and select Settings from the dropdown menu. Choose the Game Install/Update option and click the Scan for Games button.
