Network folder installations of this game are no longer supported. Please move your game folder to a local drive, then try again.​

The file structure we use for installing and updating games does not support installation on network drives. Follow the steps below to resolve the problem.

  1. Close the Battle.net desktop app.
  2. Move your game files from the network drive to a folder on your local drive.
  3. Open the Battle.net desktop app.
  4. Click the Battle.net icon on the top-left corner of the application and select Settings from the dropdown menu. Choose the Game Install/Update option and click the Scan for Games button.
Note: If the steps above did not resolve the issue, reinstall the game on a local drive.
