Your financial institution has denied the transaction. There might be an issue with the information you entered, or your payment provider may be blocking the transaction.

  1. Check the available funds on your payment method to make sure you have enough to cover the transaction. Keep currency exchange rates in mind when checking your balance as well.
  2. Make sure your payment method is up to date in Account Management. Be sure to check all the details, including the billing address.
  3. Contact your payment provider for assistance.
