Common Problems
Some Battle.net games do not require to be logged in or to own the game to start the download or the installation, but some others do. You will receive this error if you are trying to install a game that requires you to log in with a Battle.net account that owns the game, and you aren't logged in or you don't own the game.
To resolve this error, make sure you are logged in to the correct Battle.net account and make sure your account owns the game. If you purchased the game in the Battle.net Shop, please check that your order is complete.
